Standard Warranty
This provides you with many extra years of security, reducing any worries about unexpected repair costs.
All batteries naturally lose some capacity each year due to normal chemical aging. Therefore, battery warranties are performance warranties, meaning the manufacturer guarantees the battery will retain a minimum percentage of its capacity during the warranty period. The exact percentage depends on the battery model and is stated in the manufacturer’s datasheet.

According to UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection):
Consumers have the right to receive goods or services in accordance with the agreement. If a product is defective, the supplier must repair or replace it at no extra cost, or refund the amount if this is not possible.
However, there is no general right of withdrawal for custom-ordered products. Solar panels, inverters, and batteries are considered custom orders because each system is designed and tailored to your specific property and energy needs. Therefore, you cannot cancel the purchase once the order is placed unless the product is defective.
