Our Warranty Commitment

At Swevolt Solar, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services to give our customers complete peace of mind. That is why we offer strong warranties that protect your investment and ensure your solar system operates efficiently for many years.

Standard Warranty

Solar Panels:

• All our solar panels come with a 15-year product warranty. This means that if the panels develop a manufacturing fault within 15 years of installation, we will repair or replace them at no extra cost.

Inverters and Batteries:

• Extended to 13 years instead of 10 years.

This provides you with many extra years of security, reducing any worries about unexpected repair costs.

Note on battery warranties:

All batteries naturally lose some capacity each year due to normal chemical aging. Therefore, battery warranties are performance warranties, meaning the manufacturer guarantees the battery will retain a minimum percentage of its capacity during the warranty period. The exact percentage depends on the battery model and is stated in the manufacturer’s datasheet.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

We want all our customers to feel confident when buying from us. It is important you understand what the law says about cancellation and returns:

What does UAE law say?

According to UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection):

Consumers have the right to receive goods or services in accordance with the agreement. If a product is defective, the supplier must repair or replace it at no extra cost, or refund the amount if this is not possible.

However, there is no general right of withdrawal for custom-ordered products. Solar panels, inverters, and batteries are considered custom orders because each system is designed and tailored to your specific property and energy needs. Therefore, you cannot cancel the purchase once the order is placed unless the product is defective.

Returns

If you wish to return a product that is not a custom order, it must be:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as received
  

Custom-ordered products (e.g. solar systems) cannot be returned under UAE law as they are manufactured or ordered specifically for you.

Defective Products

f you receive a product that is defective or does not work properly upon delivery, you are entitled under UAE law to:

1. Request free repair
2. Request replacement with a defect-free product
3. Request a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
   

Important for Warranty Validity

For warranties to remain valid, the system must be used and maintained according to installation manuals and maintenance recommendations. Damages caused by misuse or external factors (such as storms, floods, or fire) are not covered by product warranties but may be covered under your property insurance.
